Shipping Policy

1. PAN India Shipping

Anurag Kashyap Electronics ships to serviceable pincodes across India through trusted courier partners. Pincode serviceability is checked automatically at checkout; if your pincode is currently unserviceable, you will be notified before payment.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery timelines are:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote / rural pincodes: 7–10 business days

These timelines are estimates based on standard courier performance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. A nominal shipping fee may apply on cash-on-delivery orders (where available) or for orders below a minimum cart value, and this will always be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via email/SMS. You can use this to follow your shipment's progress in real time. If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, please reach out to our support team.

6. Delay Situations

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to reasons outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Extreme weather conditions or natural events
• Regional courier disruptions, strikes, or festival-season backlogs
• Incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout
• Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact our support team with your order number and we will follow up with the courier partner on your behalf.
